The Art of Late-Night Dessert Has Arrived at BARREL
Two exclusive Japanese peach desserts, available for a limited time at BARREL | STORY OF HIBIKI and POP CITY.
BARREL | STORY OF HIBIKI is delighted to introduce two new late-night desserts, created exclusively for BARREL by Chef Suzuki of Débonnaire, the celebrated dessert boutique in Tokyo’s Yushima district.
Available only on Fridays, Saturdays, and the eve of public holidays, these limited creations are served from 10:30 PM to 1:00 AM, with only 10 servings available each night.
Made with carefully selected Japanese peaches at their seasonal peak, both desserts are designed not simply to end the evening, but to become the reason you stay a little longer.
Chef Suzuki also created the dessert served at the 2023 G7 Hiroshima Summit Working Dinner, bringing the same craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail to these exclusive creations.
Peach Jewel Chest — S$54
A whole Japanese peach, delicately hollowed and filled with our signature raspberry cheesecake cream.
From the outside, it appears to be a perfectly ripe peach. Cut into it to discover the hidden surprise within.
Recommended for sharing between 1–2 guests.
Peach Velvet Parfait — S$48
Layers of silky panna cotta, peach compote, fresh Japanese peaches, delicate jelly, crumble, and whipped cream.
Finished with generous slices of premium Japanese peaches.
Recommended for sharing between 2–3 guests.
