That's the idea behind Harmony of Oak and Wine Series—an intimate gathering where wine lovers come together to discover exceptional bottles that are often best shared.
For our next edition, BARREL is proud to present the wines of Laurent Ponsot, one of Burgundy's most respected and influential winemakers.
For more than forty years, Laurent Ponsot has challenged convention, crafting wines celebrated for their remarkable purity, precision, and longevity. Each bottle reflects the unique character of its vineyard, while every vintage tells the story of its season.
On Saturday, 22 August 2026, guests will enjoy six carefully selected wines paired with five specially created courses, designed by our culinary team to complement the distinctive personality of each wine.
The evening will be held inside The VAULT, BARREL's exclusive private dining room, with seating limited to just eight guests. The intimate setting allows every bottle to be appreciated at its own pace, while conversations naturally unfold around the table.
