MAIN DINING ROOM 1st Floor
BARREL STORY OF HIBIKI is a dining experience inspired by the craftsmanship and philosophy of Japan’s iconic whisky, Hibiki.
The moment you step inside, you are enveloped by the warmth and aroma of wood — as if entering the heart of a whisky barrel.
The gentle crackle of the fire, the flicker of the flames, the scent of charred oak — each element tells a story of time, patience, and nature in harmony.
Our dishes are crafted around the essence of robata and wood-fire cooking, prepared simply yet beautifully to bring out the natural character of each ingredient. Each plate is an expression of balance — the meeting of flame and flavor, paired perfectly with Hibiki Highballs and elegant cocktails.
It is a place of warmth and familiarity — refined yet inviting, where the spirit of a Japanese izakaya meets the grace of a modern dining room.
The theme is “Moments to Talk” — like the slow maturation of whisky, we believe that connection deepens with time and conversation.

THE VAULT Basement 1
Beneath the building lies a hidden space — once the vault of a grand old bank, now reborn as a sanctuary for only a few.
Descend the dimly lit staircase, and you will find THE VAULT: an intimate chamber with just eight seats, guarded by its original steel door. Every wall tells a story. Reclaimed cask wood from Suntory’s distilleries in Japan has been lovingly restored here, its scent of aged whisky still lingering in the air.
Time itself seems to breathe through the room — a quiet dialogue between the past and the present. Within this space, moments are preserved like treasures. Host a private dinner, a celebration, or an intimate gathering. It is a place to share stories, to connect, and to create memories that remain sealed in the vault of your own heart.
THE TERRACE 1st Floor (Coming soon)
Amid the tall buildings of Singapore’s business district, there lies a small oasis — lush with tropical greenery and soft light. This is THE TERRACE.
With around fifty open-air seats, it offers a relaxed, casual setting where guests can enjoy refreshing drinks and light bites beneath the open sky. Here, the rhythm of the city softens, and everyday life finds a moment of calm indulgence.
Unlike BARREL STORY OF HIBIKI, THE TERRACE is designed for spontaneity — for cheerful afternoons, lively happy hours, and effortless gatherings after work. It is a place where conversations flow freely, and time feels beautifully unhurried.
Surrounded by nature, this terrace feels like a secret garden hidden within the city — a spot to pause, unwind, and simply breathe.
POP CITY 2nd Floor
POP CITY is a creative cocktail bar that reimagines The House of Suntory through the lens of modern Japan. Created in collaboration with Singapore’s world-renowned bar group, Jigger & Pony, POP CITY celebrates the playful spirit born between cultures — where tradition meets innovation, and stillness meets rhythm.
The menu features 16 signature cocktails inspired by POP (music) and CITY (style), each expressing the artistry, imagination, and seasonal beauty of Japan. Every cocktail tells a story — a melody of aroma and taste that stirs the heart like a
favorite song.
The interior captures the essence of contemporary Tokyo — sleek, vibrant, yet deeply human. It’s a space that honors Japan’s past while embracing its creative future, embodying Suntory’s timeless motto: “Yatte Minahare.”
